Activities Update

Sunday February 10th, 2002 Rock climbing at Gibraltor Climbing Company
Located at 3901 Huron Church just off of Todd Lane.  Time:  12noon.  Cost is $20 per person (with a minimum of 8 people, otherwise it would be $35 per person) which includes the lesson, equipment rentals and day pass.  If you haven't tried rock climbing, here's a great way to try it out in a safe and fun environment.   No experience is necessary.  Just a will to try something different.  It's also a good workout.  Come on out and try it out.  If you have a friend who would like to try it out as well, bring them along.  The more the merrier.  Have a look at how much fun we had rock climbing. Monday, February 25th, 2002 Rollerskating or Rollerblading at Wheels Roller Rink
Located at 2475 McDougall from 8:15 pm until 10:45pm.  Cost is $6.00 with a $1.50 for rental of rollerskates if needed.  Rollerblades are not rented.  If you want to Rollerblade, you must bring your own rollerblades and cover up (use duct tape) the black stoppers.  It's a lot of fun and very nostalgic.  It will bring back memories for anyone who have rollerskated as kids.
